The Project

Redesigning Verizon's Value Brands

Our goal for this project was to execute a scalable redesign of the mobile app experiences for Verizon’s value brands: Straight Talk, Tracfone and Total By Verizon. These 3 apps have a combined 2.8 million monthly active users.

These brands have been struggling with very low NPS scores.
After launching our redesign these brands saw a 4x increase in their NPS score.

My Impact

I served as a key contributor at every stage of the design process—from research to UX and visual design—applying a systems-thinking lens to streamline key user flows and ensure overall user success.

After launching the redesign, these brands earned:

4x increase in their NPS (net promoter score)
